Resolves YES if Q1 2026 total LTL tonnage <Q1 2025 tonnage (seasonally adjusted). Otherwise NO. Source: ATA or third-party LTL volume tracking from carrier press releases or industry analysts.

Additional Context

LTL has been in structural decline due to shipper consolidation and private fleet growth. Q1 is seasonally weak after peak season, but continued YoY decline would signal accelerating shipper flight from for-hire LTL.
