Resolution Details
Resolution Date

April 1, 2026

Resolution Criteria

Resolves YES if any of XPO, ArcBest, Saia, Estes, Old Dominion, ABF, Forward Air, R+L Carriers, Roadway Express, or CRST announces general rate increase >3% for effective date before April 1, 2026. Otherwise NO. Source: Company press releases, 8-K SEC filings, or trade press.

Additional Context

LTL carriers have resisted aggressive rate increases despite significant capacity exits. A major carrier pulling the trigger on a rate increase would be a critical inflection signal and demonstrate confidence in demand recovery.
